e1 hs problem

i have a problem.i install e1 in my pbx system and opratate normally. after a while for example couple hours all channel become hs and thosen't free .and need to reset card to become free.how can i solve problem. thank you.

can we see the board type ? board state whenb chanel are hs , level 2 state and related alarm ?

Share logs and alarms.
What you wrote is like saying "my computer is not working"... and ask someone to fix it.
What's not working? Power? OS? Keyboard? Internet? Etc..
