When calling some extensions, no voice is heard

When calling some extensions, no voice is heard

A4400, digital telephony, When I call some extensions I do not hear the other party. This only happens with certain extensions.
Anybody has an Idea why? Already changed the devices, changed the board address, changed the board itself.

Digital to Digital, Digital to IP, Digital to Analog??
