IP Accounting on OXO

Can i ask how to activate this one? or to view the SMDR tickets emitted in IP port. Does this require Software, if yes where can i download this?
If you want to use the meetering over IP in the OXO:
you need:
- license
- OLD (OfficeLinkDriver) software (You can dowload it from the Alcatel Business Partner Web Site)
- OXO Sw. minimum 5.0
