CCagent Anchor Display issue.

Hi Team,

Can anyone please explain why my CCagent Anchor window display fades out, like it wont allow you to view select any of the icons displayed.
At most times it works.

I m using a windows 7 enterprise on a laptop.

Any suggestions would be helpful please.
