Dear All,

We have lots of Alcatel Lucent 8038 phones in our system. I want to log off some of the lines from the old models to transfer it to the new ones.
I remember that there were a shortcode *XXXX* but I forgot about it.

Could you please someone that remembers it can hare the number with me?

what system ?? OXO or OXE #05 then 0000 usually but depends on where you are located and the db used is for OXE

you must see which prefix code configured in your system for out of service. if you are the system admin you can simply remove their MAC address in "USERS/TSC IP User" menu if it's OXE or IP/SIP in user tab in OMC if cou have OXO
