Alcatel SP crash 7 reboot

Hi,

i have installed the Alcatel Softphone 11.5.4 on my Windows 10 Laptop.

Wenn i want to start the Softphone, he crashes and reboot.

We already put the virusscanner out but that doesnt help.
Did anyone have a trick?
