TRUNK Channel out of service

Post by UP82 »

Good morning,
i am trying to create a E1 connection between a Media Gateway (PRA-T2 board) and another equipment that use Sangoma A102 E1 board.
The trunk created show that each channel is HS.

Layer 1 troubleshooting:

config 2 5

| 2 | 5 | PRA T2 | 0 | 200 | SYNCHRO | TG:1 |
+------------------------------------------------------------------

No red LED on the boards and E1 cable should be good

Layer 2 troubleshooting:

The problems seems at Layer 2 when trying to establish LAPD connection.
Anyway also in ATT_CONNECT2 state the TrkGrp should be F instead of HS (see TG0011 pag 29)

Any ideas? Is there a command to clear the alarms counter?
Thanks a lot

ATT_Connect2 - I think you have the same management for Network Mode (Shelf/board/digital access). For CCS E1 - you must have Network mode=yes (Master, Network, NT) from one end and Network mode=no (User, Slave, TE) from another.
