Hi all,
I have somehow managed to install OXE in virtualbox, done some basic configuration. I am able to create users within the OXE and make calls to each other. But I am not able to connect my OXE to an Asterisk server (SIP). I searched the whole internet and followed many guides, but no avail. Lately, I have started to think is it even possible without any additional hardware ?
Kindly reply, so that I may/may not give up.

What version of oxe is installed to virtual box?
Do you have same codec btwn asterisk and oxe?
If transcoding is needed oms must be installed to an other vm or gd card declared to system .
If you search the forum you will find many topics about interconection with asterisk
