Callback Request Voice Guide replace with Dial Tone

Hi Experts
I have an OXE configured in Guest Management and integrated with voicemail solution which provide MWI on and off through AHL messages. For this, to work, we have to add Message Deposit Box no. under Hotel.
Everything seems to work fine, only issue is, if we leave a voicemail message, MWI lits up and as soon as we lift handset, we get a voiceguide saying "You have a callback request" and then it is diverted to mailbox. I remember there was an option where we can replace voice guide with dial tone but can't recall the process. Can anyone help with it?
