4018 EE reboots constantly...

Post by aflores »

Hello friends, hope all you are fine.

Got an extrange behavior on some 4018 EE in SIP mode.

Some sets, start to reboots constantly but, it never pass trought the provitioning or configured menu. The sets just rebbots - shows the Alcatel-Lcuent "logo" - and them reboots again and it repeats this behavior evey time.

Have any of you got this issue?.

Is it there any combination of keys that I can apply to do a factory reset of the phones?

Any help will be aprecciated.

Regards.

AFlores.

Hello AFlores,
Does it reboot also, when the Ethernet cable is not connected?
If no, look using wireshark what are the last words/packets,
Look on OXE with 'tftpcheck -c' for any ongoing download status,
And maybe also the ippstat menu.

regards.
