Voicemails not in email

Hi All

OMX Connect Management Console

I have been told that 2 weeks ago Gmail stopped allowing third party using a gmail account. This was when our phone system stopped sending the voicemails to our emails.

In Central Service Global Info - I have made a new email account (voicemail@ourcompany email ) however, the voicemails are not coming through any suggestions. Can share my settings if that helps resolve. I am wondering if I have the Email Notification Service incorrect.

Resolved - Gmail required 2 factor auth

We have been advised the Gmail no longer works for third party such as OMC. Our emails stopped working about 2 weeks ago. Since then I have tried and tried to get it to work without success using our company smtp and company email account - however, nothing is pulling through to our email account as it did in the past. Can anyone help me with the correct settings - should my smtp be mail.companyname.org.au:26?
