LINK AGG secondary not operating
hi
I have several linkaggs between the CORE virtual chassis 1 and 2 and the access switches without problem
A specific linkagg is not working properly. The primary port on VC1 is working but the secondary on VC2 is not.
Below is the show link agg 21 cmd:

Re: LINK AGG secondary not operating
There is most likely a physical problem on the non working link. Take a look at "show interface" from both sides and post the result.

Re: LINK AGG secondary not operating
i connected the primary link cables to the secondary link ports, but the link didn t came up.
so i don t think anymore that it is a physical issue.
could this be a bug on both ends?

Re: LINK AGG secondary not operating
From the configuration and the interfaces I don't see any problem here. There is a possibility that the linkagg configuration does not match the actual physical configuration, that would make the link appear up on both sides, but one of the links is not configured to work in the lacp. You can verify this by exchanging both physical links on the core with each other. If after exchanging the other link is down, you know that the problem is -not- located on the core switch, but either with the cabling or the access switch. You can do the same on the other side afterwards. If the problem moves here too, there's an issue with the cabling.
