Increase number typing/start call timeout

We own an OXE:

On local CPU:
Version Active   : R12.4-m5.204-80-f-ge-c0s1
Version Inactive : R12.4-m5.204-7-c-ge-c0s1

TEL hot fix(es) : YES ( 1,2 )

ACD/CCD : Version release 12 - bug_fixing  3 - protocol_id  94 - version_dy_hr_stat 12

We have the following issue: If someone starts typing in a number and pauses for 2-3 seconds, the oxe starts to call the number. This timeout is too low.

Is it possible to change exactly that timeout?
