Alcatel Unleashed

We have the system Alcatel- OXE, until now we were using Analog Phones. Now we are adding IP Phones 8028. The mode must be in which mode ? SIP or NOE
In NOE mode it is getting stuck at Application launch and TFTP no response.

So a couple of things, Static or Dynamic mode for the TFTP, NOE will be your best option for sure, Do you have licenses? check spadmin... and the biggest have you actually created a IP phone in the system it is a known thing unless at least 1 created the TFTP will not work
