Voice guide configuration for GD

Hi i have GD-3 board and GD-4 for two different PABX, i would like to know the procedure to load and activate the voice guides for the same. I have done this configuration with GPA2 board, but i feel its not the same with GD boards. I have been through the documentation for voice guide transfer and activation, however i am getting some error in the application for the same (please find attached snapshot). Can someone please help with the step by step voice guide configuration with GD-3 and GD-4 board.
