Dear all experts,

Suddenly i cannot use password for FTP user to login my PABX.
I tried 3 FTP users but failed as below:
G:\>ftp 192.168.x.x
Connected to 192.168.x.x.
220 xa000000 FTP server () ready.
530 Please login with USER and PASS.
User (192.168.186.238:(none)): root
331 Password required for root.
Password:
530 Login incorrect.
Login failed.
ftp> exit
Invalid command.
ftp> quit
221 Goodbye.
G:\>ftp 192.168.x.x
Connected to 192.168.x.x.
220 xa000000 FTP server () ready.
530 Please login with USER and PASS.
User (192.168.186.238:(none)): swinst
331 Password required for swinst.
Password:
530 Login incorrect.

421 Timeout (900 seconds): closing control connection.

331 Password required for mtcl.

530 Login incorrect.
Login failed.
Although, i still can use user/pass: mtcl/mtcl to logon my PABX.
Below is my PABX version and user mtcl logon sucessful.

I used the user/pass such as:

swinst
mtcl :

So, my question is how i can retrieve password for ftp user?

For ftp in PABX used user "adfexc"
And why you want establish ftp connection under root account?

Hi Vad,
Before, i rem still use user/password: mtcl/mtcl to login ftp.
But now i cannot although did not change any more.
I tried user/password: adfexc/adfexc but not successful

you should get some tools to get acces to oxe amd make file transfert or, make or revers ftp acces from your oxe to your pc or ftp server and download the good ftpacces

Yes sure, i want to that file but i cannot find pm function to send message to you in this platform.

And wondering about how to access the OXE during ftp is error i did not know other tool. Please kindly advice me.
