Hi,

I have problem with install of omnivista 8770. Because upgrade from version 4.0.7 to 5.1.14 fail during installation process because of Insert Disk 1 error (install from .iso file opened in windows, and not copy to disk directly, I know my fail...)

Now I cleaned all filles and registry from computer and try to install Omnivista 5.1.14 and everytime have error : bin_dsadm.exe stop working
and installation stuck. I found that is some part on SUN ONE server part a try to install all prerequisities like visual c++ 2010 and 2008. But nothing work.

OS: Win SRV2012 R2 std

Is there any solution how to solve this problem?

Are u using a local Admin account ???

Doesnt look like it, cannot use a domain account

we try to use account Administrato which is in same group Administrators like account Ustredna and installaion gone normal. So there will be some Windows strangeness.

We have a ton of the same issue here too, installed 8770 5.0 or 5.1 which stays stuck for hours on "Installation of directory server".
We're using admin account.
Anyone else?
