Can you monitor the 4635 through SNMP?

If not what is the best way to monitor the Voicemail.

Issue has arisen due to difficulties with the speed of the IMAP accounts and temporary freezing of the service.

No fix found - it seems to 'just start working' again in the true alcatel fashion!

Not that I'm aware of. What release are you running on the 4635 and PCX? Have you checked for later releases that might fix this problem?
