OS6560 P48X4 strange PSU Problem

Hi,
we descovered a strange Problem regarding one PSU in one of our P48X4's .
The Psu randomly means it has lost power and restarts (well hearable).
Trap is generated about this and it Happens around every 30 minutes up to once a day.
First we changed the PSU slot, the error wandered, so we changed the PSU to a absolutely new one, Error Stayed.
Now We changed the switch including both PSU with a completely new one that ran in our office for several days without that error.
The Problem still occured.
Last thing i suppose is the amount of Power consumption, in the office it was pretty much Zero, on it's final destination there are 3 Devices that
stay just below 8700 mW each. Could it be that the Switch struggles if only a small amount is needed? the total maxes out at 25 Watts.
So the remaining power of 1625 Watts looks kind of huge....
(Due to the progress on this site, more Device are still to come)
The Power delivery to the 2 PSU's of the switch has been confirmed ok by the responsable Service Staff.

What the... is going on? Any Ideas?

According to your post, you've already verified that neither PSU nor Switch are the problem.

PSU dimensions nowadays are a lot higher than the device requires, due to EU regulations, the big numbers shouldn't bother you.

It does sound like the electricity itself has a problem here. Maybe have an electrician check if everything's working as it should be in your office.
