Hello Friends, Hope all you are fine.

Have an issue with an OV4760 rel: 5.2.01.04

Have two nodes declared.

The incidents synchronization only work fine with one node.

On Directory menu, I can see both nodes, I can also administrate the configiration of both too.

I can make calls reports of both nodes.

In the Alarms Menu I can only see one node.

I have compare both configuration on Directory Menu and all configuration are OK.

Any hint will be apreccated.

Compare the event routing discriminator in both oxe

Hello Haroum.


When I tryed to see the event routing discriminator on the node that did not appear on Omnivista Alarmams I got the windows that says:

Error: Press CANCEL to remove this window

Got no answer


This node has twin configuration so I basculled and got the same error on the twin (now became master) CPU.

This is a Common Hardware configuration.

The systems wich is is working fine, is and Appliance Servers with duplication too.

Any suggestion?
