SIP Trunk with cisco

I have sip from cisco callManager to alcatel PBX then from alcatel to sip provider, I am facing issue sometimes call from cisco not working if server restart so when i do reset to sip trunk it works, can I know why this happen, and How i can troubleshoot this issue from alcatel side, how i can know if sip trunk working fine from alcatel is there command i can use to verify

Is it ok to run these commands on production or need maintenance window?
can you please clarify what are these commands can do? and how i can stop if i run it

yep you can run them on production , this command are the equivalent in cisco for sip voip debug
at end of the trace just tape ctl c followed by motortrace 0
