Used OXE - Passwords invalid.

Hi, my Name is Markus and i life in Austria / Vienna.
I am a absolute beginner in telecomunication systems.
Sorry for my english, it is not perfect.
I bought an used OmniPCX office small for my office.
The System includes the OXE small, man. Date 2014/03, soft rel R920/17.1, one 4039 phone, five 4029 phones.
My big problem is there is no documentation from the old administrator.
And the biggest Problem is, all the standard passwords seem that they where changed.
I can not login over omc, and even over the 4039 phone. Tryed to login in omc via LAN and V24.
I was reading a lot about password reset. Some people say it should be possible, some say you need alcatel, and often i read about LoLa. Whatever this is.
And in some topics they say that a cold reset will Set the passwords to standard. But how can i do a cold reset? Yes, i am a noob.
Can anybody tell me is there a chance to reset the system to standard passwords or do i need alcatel.
