Login issue to OXO via LAN- Error code (29)

Hello guys,

Hope somebody can help.
Some month ago I configured an OmniPCX office small, using the OMC 22.0.8.1, I was able to set some configuration.

Last week I tried to connect to OXO to check the configuration, but I receive the error:
HTTPS (login 4) - Soap login error - Error code (29)

I can ping to the OXO IP address, and I tried also connecting the PC (it is using windows 7) directly to the LAN port, but it is not possible to connect.
Not sure if the password was changed, or any other reason of connection failure.
How can I reset the password?
