Server for Appliance GAS OXE

Hello,
we will upgrade the Alcatel OXE System, with CPU Appliance. if using Thinksystem SR250 V2 LENOVO Server Rackmount. With Intel XEON E-2324.
Can it be used for the GAS ( Generic Appliance System ) OXE Server Appliance CPU ?
