Call Log Omnipcx

Hello
My association uses an alcatel oxe (r11.1).
For some time now, the telephone sets (8068 and 8028) have not been able to access the call log, and pressing the key changes nothing.
I don't understand this blockage. Could it be a file that needs emptying?
Does anyone have any ideas?
