Hi ,

We encountered a consequent power cut and when the power came back our phone system did not restart .
I connected on the pbx using telnet and the comand config 3 to check my board status : Do you know if i can use the command rstpcl 3 20 to restart my INTIP3B and restart our system ?

I think this command not help you.
Wih power in shelf 3 - everything Ok?
Can you ping INTIP3B?

Power in shelf is OK , Network LED is on on INTIP3B but i don't know the IP.
Phones work when connected directly to the Alcatel equipment

Check alarm indication on INTIP3B board. Connect PC with RS232 to INTIPB and ckeck configuration and alarms.

I tried to connect via Putty on the serial but i am just having a black screen . I also tried to restart the card while the Serial cable is connected but nothing show up on the console

Quick update on the situation .
I managed to get text on the serial connection ( picture attached ) it was not working with a classic console cable and had to go rj11 > rj45 > serial for it to work .
THe INTIP3B card start correctly and the boot sequence finalise with the root login ( picture attached )
the configuration on the INTIP3B card was not wiped and it keep the ip address and all the relevant information's
But we are still having no phones/out of service card ( same as previous answer to this post )
I cna provide the full boot log but an specialist tried it and didn't see any issue .
His 2 options are :
- Hardware issue
- Switch issue/network issue

Forgot to add , i can ping everything from telnet/putty/OmniVista computer

DID u see the opposite intip (intipA) state?

Check incidents (CPU), may be you have incidents about PSAL alarm or reason about INTIPB not started. Show all INT-IPB start (log).
