Blinking "PWR" LED

Dear everyone
I have a question about my switches.
I notice that there are 2 switches in a IDF with "PWR" LED which are blinking, both switches are in stack, the network is ok but I need to know if it is normal to prevent or avoid any issue on the network in the future.
I already check in web-brower but there are not log about power supply.
However we have another IDF with the same model and mode but PWR is not blinking.
Even I alredy checked power supply status by CLI
This is the model of our switch
Someone from here know something about it?
