Hi,

i was wondering wether we can implement a busy voice example "kindly hold the line as all our lines are busy" when calling a hunting group within OXE System.

Currently we have a DDI number which is forwared to the AA with 6 options.. one of the options go to a hunting group and would like a message.

Is this possible?

In the Hunt Group features, there is a greeting guide option.
The guide will be played in a loop. So if you put a message, you will need to put some music behind or simulated ringtone.
