Hello,
How is it possible to automatically forward an out of service softphone to an answering machine or message ?
Actually, we have "Out of service" when calling.

Hi,
There is a feature in class of service called "Forward is set out of service".
You need to turn it on.

Sorry. I think i founded it :
Installation - Other installation parameters - System parameters - Overflow on out-of-service device
It should go to the number in the entity.

Class of Service
Phone feature class of service
Select the user class of service (default 0)
In the first section (RIGHTS), almost at the bottom.
Forward is set is out of service
