Need to press "take a call" when answering

Hi,

I'm new to using the OmniPCX Office system and I'm encountering an issue. When I receive a call and hang up, the phone doesn't automatically answer subsequent calls. I have to manually press the 'take a call' option on the screen. I've tested this on another phone and it answer when I lift the handset. I'm not sure if it's related to the supervision off-hook feature. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

May be the first phone - the first digital set in PBX (by default managed as attendant set)?

They function similarly, both belonging to the same attendant set. However, the other line is capable of automatically answering calls when the handset is lifted. The only distinction between them is that the concern unit has a VM interface, while the other does not.
