Alcatel Lucent 8608 cant open call logs

Hello everyone, sorry if the question is a little stupid Because I just learned about this brand.
so the problem its we have 2 telephones alcatel lucent 8608 in the front office department that can't open call logs, even though other units can open call logs.
Please help to give answers and suggestions, thank you all.

This question is like "my car is not working, what should I do" ....
Please give more info. Take picture. Explain what you are doing exactly.
