ALE Softphone Error Occured While Connecting To Server

Dear Community,
I have an issue...I have downloaded the ALE Softphone app from the iOS App Store for iPhone and also from the Play Store for Android.
However, when I attempt to register a number on the app I get an error. An error occurred while connecting to the server. I have generated the logs but failed to identify anything that could point me to the problem.
I have a license under software lock 328 and 329
I am configuring the users as sip extensions with a sip password provided.
In the local field, I am providing the TFTP address.

Attached is the screenshot of the app's status and settings for the app on iPhone. I am using an iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Any support will be appreciated.

Hi
Your licenses 328 and 389 are for IP Softphone attendants and agents.
The software you are trying to use is for the ALE SIP Softphone, which is different (license 430)

You will need to use the IP Desktop client for the 2 licenses you are mentioning.
The software you are trying is for PC / Cell phone / Tablets.
The IP Desktop clients only work on PC or MAC.
