4715-meetering Time problem???!!!

I use 4715 (via IP) to get tickets from an OXO R4.x
When I get ticket in Call Accounting there is a discrepancy in call start-Duration and next call

example:

Date\time duration
1st call 4:23:39 6:36
2nd call 4:25:20 1:25
etc.

So, if the first call started at 4:23:39 and lasted 6:36 minutes, how is it possible that the nextt call was realized two minutes after?!
Any opinion?

It seams that you are missing something: the time reported could be the end-time instead of the start-time and maybe the buggy 4715 doesn't make the difference.

I don't know who were the programmers that worked for 4715 but i think they were recruited by mistake. I haven't seen an worse pierce of software.

I know using alternative call accounting products with Alcatel over IP it is very hard to find - in fact i think there is only one other product that can get from OXO up to 4.x

I've found very good information regarding call acounting on alcatel from http://wiki.pbxtools.com/Category:Alcatel (it's a wiki dedicated to call accounting)

No there is not a user which makes external calls simultaneously, there is a user which make the first call and the duration in real time is for example 6 minutes (7:00:00-7:06:00) and after that he makes another call 2 minutes (7:07:00-7:09:00). While in real time we have the correct time, in 4715 we dont, because the ticket will show this situation:

1st call started at 7:00:00 and lasted 6:00 minutes
2nd call started at 7:03:00 and lasted 2:00 minutes

this is not possible because if the first call lasted 6 minutes abd started at 7:00 how the next call can be in 7:03?!
always in 4715 not in real time.
