Hi all
I am told by my ALCATEL administrator that 1 user cannot belong to several HG on latest OXE.
He says it is an ALCATEL OXE limitation. : one user can only be in one Hunt Group.
Do you believe this ?
If yes this is a huge limitation of the new PABX we are currently installing, compared to the previous one.
Tell me.
Regards.

hi
It is true. System Documentation mention "A set may not belong to more than one hunt group"
A work around would be to use MLA.

Hi Frank,
Thank you very much for this quick answer. I am so disapointed. But I know this limitation is real (whereas unbelievable).
Let's use the Multi-Lines workarounds (ALCATEL is so prehistoric ! )
1 more thing : where can I find latest OXE System documentation ?
Regards.

Why would you want to be a member of more than 1 hunt groups, Use MLA as Frank said, Use Virtual Analog Supervision, use a mini Contact center with PG's being able to answer from different number.
Few options!!
