MAC address Table issue on SW 9700

Hello Experts,

We have issue with our campus switch which is 9700 and 9800,
we noticed that certain MAC addresses which were located in Zone A suddenly became unreachable after having switched them to Zone B. I should mention that these clients are connect to WIFI. WIFI network is working fine and we sure about this part,
We guess maybe there is some bugs in SW firmware or we have to delete mac address table or restart SW(I am not sure this is good solution),
I would like to have your help and hint in this regard,
