Check Out Problem

Dear Expert,
I have installation a new hospitality using AHL Link by IP, OXE R7.1 f5.40111e, Scenario ;
1. V24 Console
- Try to Check in using hotmenu --> Succes with PNC 5
- Try to check out at Hotmenu --> succes with PNC still 5 ( It should be 0) and the extension room still have access to make outgoing call.
2. Telnet Sessiom
- Try to Check in using hotmenu --> Succes with PNC 5
- Try to check out at Hotmenu --> succes with PNC still 0
I still don't understand is there any bug on this AHL link by IP or there is some unconfigure parameter.
