Number onobtainable

One of our IP connected Premium DeskPhone 8028 is giving a "number unobtainable" error when dialing (used to work before).
When we program an internal number to a key on the telephone we can dial the number with that key. Once the key is programmed, that same number can also be dialed with the numeric keypad.
Compared the settings on our Alcatel Forum 700 with OXO Connect Management Console with another DeskPhone 8028 but can find no difference.
Other than that, making calls (incoming or outgoing) works fine.
Does anyone have some advice or fix for this issue?
