Good morning, I am trying to connect to an OXO in release 4.1 from the internet, I have routed port 50443 to local 443 and there is no possibility to connect. Do you know the real port which it is for that release?

The old OmniPCX R4.x doesn't use port 50443/443. R4 uses ports 30021, 31000 to 31002 in FTP mode. You should NOT use it over the internet because lack of encryption.
