OmniPCX Office Small and Compact - do not respond on Ping, no login

Hello!

Im quite new to the platform. I accessed a Customers PCX and did some basic changes. So I did Use OMC 62 to do this over Ethernet with Standard IP.

Now I got a OmniPCX Office Small and also a Compact - from a Firedepartmet after they switcht to VIOP. I want to use this Systems in my Museum eitle Kinderkram Neulengbach for historc reasons. The Problem: I cannot login. The OXOs are booting, no FAN Errors, LAN LED is on and flashing when trying to connect, but always SOAP Errors. I also get no answer when pinging the Standard IP.

I do not know which software is on the Systems - how can I start to get it going?

Connect PC LAN port directly to LAN port, restart CPU and run Wireshark trace on PC. You will see MAC-address of CPU and, possibly, ARP-requests form OXO IP-address.
Or check installation manual Chapter 8 Start and stop of the system, 8.1.1.3 Console Port.
When you enable traces you can see IP-address of CPU there.
