Unable to ack or clear notifications

Hi, So I'm extremely new to Alcatel products and have fallen in on some.

I have OmniVista 2500 NMS 4.6R2 and when I attempt to Acknowledge any of the notifications for my SNMP trap I get the following error message "ERROR.ALARMS.ACKNOWLEDGE.FAIL" attempting to clear them gives me this error "ERROR.ALARMS.DELETE.FAIL", the response code on the API is a 500.

I'm at a loss where to start to being attempting to fix it.

Hi,
never heard this error. But it will a good idea to updat OV to the newest release.
Maybe the issue is solved than.

We had an Alcatel fella out here and he updated it for us, but the error seemed to have fixed with a reboot of it. I did get it one other time since the update to current but just rebooting it let me start clearing them again.

Figured I'd better post about it in case someone else runs into that issue
