After Alcatel upgrade to R100.n1 OTCS HMP gateway stopped working

We recently moved a client to R100.n1, they use OTCS 8.5.1 connected to OXE for the outbound campaigns. There are two types of campaigns AI and human… AI goes with ACS gateway and it works while human campaigns go with HMP gateway (classifier), and now it doesn’t understands that the call session was started and it was successful, so it calls multiple times. Weirdly it acts normally on an automatically generated client numbers, but stops working on manually added numbers. Do you know if anything strange happened in the release 100.n1 or is it a bug that causes it? If we upgrade to R101.n3 would it help?
