Hello,

A user has an error displayed on his Iptouch 4038. It says "Stuck keys: [Volume_Inc][Mute][Release][Enter]5Backspace]"

This message appears even after rebooting.

The phone worked correctly for years. No change was made on the OXE, and I checked that it was not locked.

I can't operate this device myself cause it's on a remote site. But the user can if I ask him

What can I do to remove the message ?

Some key on set pressed all time.

the user says "no key stuck".

Maybe someone cleaned the set, used some type of solvent and got the electronic stuck.
4038 are pretty old...
