alcatel 8068s Duplicate ip

Can anyone help? There is an error with an internal conflict of ip addresses "Duplicate ip". Maybe there is a solution to this problem or firmware for USB recovery. The phone does not respond to buttons and is stuck on boot Stage 1. Thanks.

If you have duplicated IP - change IP address of the phone (this address already used)
