Greetings All,
I wanted to update an AA message and remove an item.

If I go into OmniVista... voicemail / 1 / 4645 VM Automated Attendant

I see the list if extensions and I can modify the menu items.

How are you supposed to update the actual greeting??
For fun I dialed into the vm external extension, went into the correct VM box and then was prompted with two options.
1) record a greeting or 3) re-record the extension name. I didnt do option one as it currently has a greeting and didnt want to overwrite it or disable it.

I went into Eva_tools.... option 12 and 13 When I select either one of those, it doesnt do anything. Every other option seems to do it thing.

Hope some kind sole can point me into the correct direction!

You can either re-record the GREETING which will change the message, or use Eva_tool / upload greeting

When I go into the mailbox via dialing into it.... The greeting message can be recorded or I can re-record the announcement name.
To me, since it sees the announcement message as new (and one currently exists) something is odd.

If I go into Eva_tools and go to option 12 or 13, it doesnt go to the next menu item. Just doesnt do anything.
Any other selection on there from resetting a password, delete a mainbox etc all work normally.
