Transferring Calls in Building from Phone to Phone

Good afternoon,

I'm new here and have found a lot of useful information. We have just started learning/using the OMC tool to work on small phone issues in our buildings, as we have a lack of support right now. I have three questions, and hoping someone can point me in the right direction. We have a secretary who can make outside line calls on her ALE-400 phone. However, no one in the building can call her extension. But they can call the bookkeeper's extension. They appear to be set up the same. MAC address has been checked, extensions match, etc. We just get a network error when calling her. Her phone is not in DND.

In addition, none of the phones are able to do internal transfers. What are we missing? Both of these seem like simple items, but I'm sure that may not be the case.

Lastly, the admin phones have an Intercom button programmed, but it doesn't seem to work. It seems like it's not connected to anything on the system. They have to use the provided console phone to complete the page.

We found the answer. She was missing the General Resource Key
