Hi All.
I have installated a 4059 IP v. 5.0.2 on OXE R. 8.0 patch 6e. My problem is that when I make an outside call, I can hear just one ringback and then call is cutted off. I have this problem just with 4059 IP logged.

Patch 6.e - mmh. Seems to be a SW bug. Backtraces are normally linked to sw problems.
Did you try to associate another NOE Set or to recreate the attendant set (after reboot)?

Check with Alcatel, I Believe it should be some bug or try with latest version first and then open a ticket with alcatel. Backtraces can be solved by R&D only.

I already tried with 6.e and 7 patch...but nothing seems resolved. I opened a service request in ALCATEL and i am waiting for reply.
I ll keep u informed..

i have the same problem on one site.
The system is oxe common hw with call server release 8.0-g1-302-6-e
The 4059 release is 5.0.3
When i make a call to external number, after one ring the call is cut, and when i call the attendant from outside i don't hore nothing.

You have to upgrade to patch 8.

Patch 8, 9 and 10 have a problem with intern DTMF dialling (Backtrace). A dynamic TEL hotfix for Patch 9 is available. (And Patch a for Patch 10)
Problem not seen with Appliance Servers yet but CPU6, CPU7, ... Just as little info...
Was the problem solved in the meantime?
