Alcatel Unleashed

Just installed a release 6.1 oxo and trying to get email notification working.

Placed the smtp mail ip address in central service and relevant email address in users central service tab. Receving mail notification in outlook but no hyperlink. The email server is externally held on the web is there an issue with this ?

I assume that you are meaning voicemail to email?

If so I wouldn't have thought that you would be getting a link the voicemail should be attached as a .wav file is your external email server blocking the attachment
