Cannot use prefix key to call attendant group
Hi all,
I am using a PSTN CO trunk group, from the outside I call DISA, after hearing the greeting, I can press any extension number to call the internal phone but when I press 0 (prefix attendant group call) I only hear "beep beep beep" but the call does not reach the attendant group, internally I still use the prefix key 0 to call the attendant group normally, I have tried to create another prefix key to call the attendant group but it still does not work. What should I do next?

Re: Cannot use prefix key to call attendant group
Hi
there is no Attend gp to manage the trkgp
Attendant Group Manager: -1 x
Change it to the same attendant group as usual users (i presume entity 1 attendant group =1 )

Re: Cannot use prefix key to call attendant group
Dear Haroun,
Thanks for your information. I used it normally before but I don't know why I can't call.

Re: Cannot use prefix key to call attendant group
There is a strange thing that when listening to DISA, I can still dial any extension number normally, but when I use prefix, it doesn't work. I also tried creating another prefix key to call the attendant, but the same problem still occurs.
Re: Cannot use prefix key whatto call attendant group
what if you crate a prefix to call the Entity ?
