Communication Failure with OmniVista 2500 Server

Dear Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Support Team,

I am contacting you regarding a critical issue with our OmniVista 2500 (NMS) server that is severely impacting our network monitoring capabilities.

Issue Description: The OmniVista server starts correctly after a VM reboot. However, after a few minutes of operation, the web interface becomes extremely slow and eventually displays the following error message:

"Communication Failure with OmniVista 2500 Server"
Environment and Allocated Resources (VMware ESXi): Below are the current specifications of the Virtual Machine (VM) hosting OmniVista:

Platform: VMware ESXi Machine virtuelle ESXi 5.5
SE invité : CentOS 4/5/6/7 (64 bits)
vCPU: 10 vCPUs

RAM: 48 reserved

Storage (Disk): disk1 50 Go/disk2 512Go/ disk3 562Go

OV Version: OmniVista 2500 NMS 4.6R2 GA (Build 34, 02/11/2022)

Hi - Is RAM 48 = 48GB ?
What about CPU Reservation?
