Dumb Question regarding leading Zeros when calling external number + phonebook

Hi,
sorry for the very dumb questions, i'm a total noob on the phonespace and need a second opinion with these problems:
Situation:
Upgraded the telephone system from a Aastra X320rack --> 2xS0-Connection(i think) --> Telekom Digitalisierungsbox Premium -->SIP-Trunk (i think) --> "Deutschlandlan-IP"-Contract
to an
Alcatel OXO connect --> Fritzbox 7530ax with "Telekom COMPANYFLEX COMPLETE"-Contract, with SIP-Trunk
Problems:
1. On the old system i only had to dial one Zero for external calls (example: 09061123456), on the new one i have to dial two zeros (009061123456). According to the installation-company, there is no way to remove the leading zero, is this true? I have no problem to dial ** or something else for internal calls, if this is need for that.
2. Is there a aquivalent to a central Phonebook as in the Aastra-system? I had around 100 entries in a central phonebook, which i could search comfortably on the DECT-Phones directly, and edit intuitively on the Webinterface of the Phonesystem.
On the new Alcatel on the OMC-Software i only seem to have the "phonebook" (only for internal it seems???) and the "speed dial", which is also very limited in Namelength(16 Characters), unintuitive usage on the DECT-Phones, etc.
Am i missing something or is there a better way?
